Emergency Aid Coordinator

We are looking for a Bilingual Emergency Assistance Coordinator to join our team for a busy travel assistance office in Newmarket, Ontario. This role will be an entirely remote role, working from his home office in Montreal.

Responsibilities:

  • Shifts to cover from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. 9am-5pm, 3pm-11pm, 1pm-7am. The office operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • Some work may be required outside of home care hours (Equipment provided)
  • Must possess good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong English is required (fluency in German, French and/or Spanish is required)
  • Knowledge of medical terminology or previous experience in the insurance field is a plus.
